Founded by Ming Tsai, CookingLive! is a unique and interactive experience where celebrity chefs prepare a 5-course dinner carefully paired with various wines from around the world live for an audience of guests.
Celebrities like Matt Damon and Rachel Dratch have joined the event, cooking and presenting along side the chefs in support of the Family Reach Foundation , an organization that helps families caring for a loved one with cancer overcome the financial burdens of the disease.
Drync will donate 10% of its proceeds to the organization when the promo code COOKINGLIVE is used.
Kicked off in Denver this year, CookingLive! will be in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and New York!

Appetizer: Salmon-Goat Cheese Rangoons with Mustard Seed Caviar
Sam Adams – Ginger Syrup
Entrée: New Style Faroe Islands Salmon Sashimi

Appetizer: Amuse Hamachi crudo, creme fraiche, caper berry, red jalapeño

Appetizer: Pork Crépinette with Pommery Mustard
Entrée: Duck Duo of Roasted Five Spice and Confit

Appetizer: KT&T Hot Dog, ballpark mustard, piccalilli, pretzel crumbs
Entrée: Maine Lamb Two Ways: slow-cooked shoulder, fruit & nut crepinette, artichokes, raisins
